    Awesome Low Bunk Bed

Nice product. Takes time to put together. Assembly had us nervous at first, but directions were clear and easy to follow. Hubby and I put it together in a few hours. Our littles love it! Sturdy, and great quality. Worth every cent!

    Awesome bunk!!

nice!!! Wont disappoint you at all. We love how this bunk bed turned out!! I do not understand why so many reviews say it took over 5 hours to put this together. It took my boyfriend about 2 hours. It was super easy!! We cant wait to surprise our kiddos with their new beds!

    Well built sturdy bed!

Very well made bed, worth the cost. Frame alone weighs 110 lb, so I am happy i paid the extra delivery cost to have it brought into the house. It took two adults to deliver. The most difficult part of construction was putting together head and footboard. Suggest using wood glue. Looks great and heavy duty. An adult can sleep on top bunk. Made of quality wood and has a cross bar on top bunk. I am very pleased with the bed. With 2 people construction came together easily using our own tools instead of the ones provided. I am extremely happy with this purchase. My grand children loved it.

    So sturdy enough

Definitely a great buy! I loved this bed when I first assembled it, but after 6 months the screws are coming loose, my ladder is constantly falling which causes the top rail to fall as well.

    Mattress size and slide

Buy it! What are you waiting for? After reading reviews, I was most concerned with what mattress size to get, sturdiness, mattress slats, and the angle of the slide. We have a 6 inch spring mattress on top (for jumping), and a 5 inch gel/foam on bottom (for sleeping). The first pic shows how a 6 inch mattress fits with the railing on top. I am 135lbs and climb on it with my 2.5 year old. With the exception of the front rail feeling like you shouldnt pull on it with all your adult weight when you climb the ladder, the rest seems very sturdy! No wobbling or creaking. I had intended to use both sets of mattress slats for the top bunk after reading reviews (and put the bottom mattress on the floor), but ended up installing the slats on both beds. It seems fine on the spring mattress, but you can feel them through the gel/foam mattress—more slats would alleviate this and be better! As for the slide, it is on the steeper side (Im not sure I wouldve even taken too much note of this on my own had I not read so many reviews on its steepness), but my 2.5 year old loves it and it hasnt phased or deterred her one bit. My husband helped hold the rails up during assembly (the only part that definitely needs a second person) but other than that I had it together on my own in two and a half hours.

Great bunk bed for young kids

Affordable and very nice! Product came nicely packaged. It was very easy to assemble, and is a much safer option for younger children as it is lower to the ground than most bunk beds!
