Cute bed, our four year old daughter loves it. Unfortunately the mattress we have for her is too high, it is a plush pillow top, and it sits too high. The top is even with the guard rail. Its a bit of a steep drop from the mattress onto the slide but the kids do t seem to mind. We purchased a tent kit separately that hangs down. She absolutely loves it and winds up sleeping underneath the bed many times. Cant comment on assembly bc we hired a handyman to put it together. Absolutely awesome product!!
