Bed comes in two boxes so if you get one and not the other contact CS and they will make it right customer service was very good! Bed was fairly easy to put together took about 1hr 45 to assemble which to me is fast. We have no dislikes
Okay, I wish I could give this a better review as once it was finally complete, it made my daughter very happy. But, beware.
First, there were A LOT of scratches and dents. It was very dirty (some pieces were disgusting) Two pieces had slight cracks, but they were able to be hidden and didnt compromise putting it together.
There were several warped pieces and the slats for the bed and trundle barely fit and were not sanded at all. There were splinters all over and I had to put a few slats at an angle as if I tried to put them across the bed straight they fell through.
The instructions were decent. The bottom of the bed was fairly straightforward and easy (even though the side is a little warped.
The top was a nightmare. I have put together a lot of furniture, this was just a bad design. Maybe with two people it would be easier (or 4) but it finally went together (though still not 100) even.
I should have returned this, but we had waited a while for it, and I had already unpacked it all. It just wasnt worth the effort.
In the end after cleaning and putting it together, the defects and problems arent too noticeable. It is good enough and my daughter was happy. We are making curtains for it so she can close them for privacy.
Im guessing maybe it was a returned item.or just a badly packaged one, but for the price, I expected more. I dont think itll last more than a few years!
Such a sweet bed! Took my husband about an hour to put together. There was one corner on the trundle pull out that the wood was chipped but didnt bother me at all. The trundle is NOT connected to the bed so it can come all the way out. The slats for the trundle bed were missing but i followed instructions and emailed and they were sent within a couple of days! My daughters LOVE this bed. They get to sleep together and still have space in their room. It was packaged nicely
It was a pain to put it together but once built, its a pretty bed. Unfortunately, the bed came with 10 missing parts. I reached out to the seller. They said its been shipped but I havent heard back since. Its been about a week and I have reached out a few times but still nothing. I am hoping they will see this and reach out. i really dont want to go to home depot. i would have returned the bed but then i would lose shipping. That was a problem!!
It looks neat and our kid loves decorating the canopy portion of the bed. It was a decent price to get the canopy, plus a trundle to house a 2nd mattress. So were happy overall!
But, you get what you pay for / one of the canopy pieces broke; its not super sturdy overall. However, we recieved supreme customer service. They sent out the parts for a new canopy right away. LOVE LOVE!!
Its cute and my daughter loves finally having her own bed, however, there are supposed to be 20 wooden slats to scew into both the trundle and the bed that offer support for the mattress and I recieved only 8. Very disappointed in that but I contacted them via email and on and they are going to mail them asap.
I also recommend that when you use the small wooden corks, you put them on the inside piece youre sliding into another and make sure you push them in well. If not youll strip the wood and not be able to screw it in.
Also, I saw another persons review about the wood cracking when they screwed everything in. It says right on it, no power tools. Sometimes hand tightening is painful and hard, but if you use a drill you WILL over tighten and crack the wood.
It took me by myself almost 3 hours to assemble it and my husband helped about 20 minutes.
Its time consuming and there were a few scratches but my girl will surely scratch it too so im not worried about that.
I think reinforcing it with additional angle brackets might not be a bad idea but if youre not up for that it should be fine. ok value for the money
I ordered this bed a few months ago. When I received it, there were some issues with some parts and the assembly. The seller was quick to address this issues and replaced the parts needed.

The bed arrived. The finish was poor. The paint was inconsistently applied. Appears to be a single coat via spray in places it is translucent and the underlying wood grain and color is plainly visible. My particular bed arrived incomplete and is still incomplete. Lepus (seller) has failed to respond or make the situation right. The bed is still unable to be assembled. I sent photos of the situation along with proof of purchase and received no response. I will resolve the problem myself ONLY because returning the unit is extremely burdensome. Other than that, its a great product!
The bed is nice, BUT a screw was missing so I had to go to the local hardware store to purchase the missing screw and the cuts and measurements are not accurate and uneven. Debating if we are going to keep it
