This chair is a lovely design! It took me about 10 minutes to assemble by myself, and it swivels nicely. It is very well constructed. It is not really velvet, I would call it microsuede, but its fine, I have cats and microsuede is better for cat hair. The pink color is much darker and browner than the photo, like a dark dusty rose or mauve... its enough of a color difference that I ended up putting it in a different room than Id originally planned because it didnt really go with that color scheme, so be aware!
The chair is of good quality, sturdy and was easy to put together. I like the color (pink/blush), shape and the fact that it swivels and doesnt have wheels on the bottom. I bought this as my home office chair, and the seat of the chair is not as comfy, a bit hard! Feels like theres no cushion. The back and sides are padded and comfy, though and makes up for it. I will say this chair would be best for a petite person (Im 5 and it fits me just right. Doesnt really fit my 62 spouse!).
Delivery was a bit of a challenge.
My chair arrived much earlier than expected. LOVE it! Unfortunately, it is damaged, BUT the Customer Service team was extremely helpful. They were timely in their response to my concern. They have been easy to work with and offered solutions to my concerns. The chair design is fantastic. Most other chairs with the same design are much more expensive. I recommend this chair and appreciate the great customer service.
Beautiful chair. I absolutely love it. It looks great as a decorative chair but also functions well as a desk chair which is great in this time of working from home. I absolutely recommend it
The chair arrived in good condition and after assembly(super easy) it looked exactly like the picture. Its very comfy and sturdy too. Initially I had given 1 star rating as the package was not traceable via fedex and didnt know if we would receive the item or not. Then I contacted the seller and they were very prompt and helpful and helped getting it tracked. They also followed up with me every day. I am very happy with the customer support of the seller. It got delayed by 1 week but the wait was worth it.
This is a very pretty chair, but unfortunately it was a little small for my area and I had to return it. The seller made the return very easy which I appreciate greatly.
