Great bunk for a really low price! Assembly and directions were very clear and easy and we love that this is solid wood. The vertical ladder saves a lot of space. There were some pieces with a gauge or scrape here and there but I assumed this would be the case for pretty inexpensive bunk. We were able to hide them against the wall for the most part. Note that you will definitely notice the bolts in the bed, they are not sunken nor capped and although we ordered white, the bed is more of an ivory color (it matches our ivory blankets more closely then our other white furniture). It seems to be thin layers of white paint over the light yellow wood, so I think thats why its not a pure white. We dont mind at all- its beautiful and very functional! Lots of room for under bed storage too!

Glad I found what I wanted The product overall is great. My daughter loves it and the space that it gives her underneath her bed for a desk, drawer, and toys. Due to its height, my personal issue is that Im 6 ft tall and have to hunch in order to get underneath it. Thats not a big deal as I dont spend my time under there other than to help her clean up sometimes. My biggest issue is that the product probably needs some crossbeam support in order to limit wobble in the bed itself. In addition I personally added loctite blue to all of the screws holding it together to prevent them from wobbling loose.
My daughter absolutely loves this bed. A friend of mine put it together for me literally in about 20mins. He said it was very simple. Its a sturdy bed and not very tall. It comes just above the light switch on the wall. Perfect for my 9yr old.
