I love these beds. I found them so easy to put together. They hold my teen kids well and they are spaced apart that tall children can even sit up in it. They dont bonk their heads. I wished I had these are long time ago. Well worth the purchase.
Not too bad to put together. Had a few screw holes strip out pretty easy. Anyone who says this bed is sturdy is full of it. Its extremely light and shaky. Would love to send it back but its not worth the effort of taking it apart. Probly sell it or just wait for the legs to snap off. Its only a matter of time before they do
I am not a big fan of this bed. Although I love how much space I have since owning this bed, this bed has such an awkward design. First off, this bed wobbles like cry. To remedy this, I put heavy objects next to the bed (dresser drawer and computer table) so that the bed wont wobble as cry as it did. The wobbling made going to sleep uncomfortable because no matter how much you move, even if its to toss and turn, that bed will be shaking like cry.
Another thing I dont like about this bed is that some screws wont go in right on account of the fact that the holes on the bed and the holes on one of the parts (ex: railing of the bed) dont align properly. This resulted in one of the railings being tied with zip ties since the holes wont align.
Not very aesthetic, directions make for possibility of small but time consuming errors in assembly.
Sturdy, though, and came compactly packaged. Despite small hiccups, assembly was quick. Its exceptionally tall for generous space below.
The real treasure was the rep, Austin, who helped me out of a shipping delay pickle by assuring this bed would be delivered in a timely fashion, and canceling the other. For my inconvenience, he refunded the difference of the two. Not bad.
The is pretty sturdy, and its a good price / but unfortunately, the packaging it came in had a hole in it. Some of the pieces for (rod number 9, the rods that the mattress sits on are too long, and 2 were too short. I made do with the long one, but the short ones cant even sit inside the 2 bars that connect it so Im a little worried about how it will hold up. One of the ladders also the screw hole is too small for the screw (one of them I was able to attach at the bottom, so I know Im using the right screw, but for the other the screw wont even go in.
Even without some of the pieces, it still seems to be pretty stable, but Im bracing it with a tall bookshelf right now so I wont fall through something.
Plenty of headroom for the bottom bunk. The downside is if you want to store anything underneath the bed, there is very little clearance. The bed is difficult to assemble and some of the hardware was missing. The construction is pretty sturdy, but the rail finish on top was rough, and there are some places, like where the ladder attaches that could cause some scrapes or bruises if the kids arent careful climbing up or down. Not the easiest to assemble, especially the mattress support bars and the plastic pieces to prevent the bars from being moved are very difficult to snap into place! The bed will meet our needs, but I dont think I would buy again. Thought it was bigger.

Mine in particular had a significant amount of paint chips and rust on some of the parts.
Also two parts were really hard to assemble because one of the holes was slightly off and the other a good amount off.
Instructions were not clear, but any one with a brain can figure it out.
Anyway despite the hiccups Id buy this bed over and over and recommend it to friends. Think before you buy.
