I bought 2 chairs. Both arrived in great shape. No defects to product or bouclee fabric. Rocks, glides, and swivels.no weird noises as chair moves. Comfortable for 56 and 6 owners! Angle of arm is comfortable. Not thrilled with visual of black ring mechanism at bottom of chair, but you get what you pay for. Not a deal breaker for me. Works well
These chairs exceeded our expectations! We had searched local stores but couldnt find any that were comfortable. And stock was so low locally and on other online sources. So we read the reviews for these and ordered them. They are SO comfortable! Family has been visiting and several plan to buy some for their homes. Really easy to rock and swivel. Supportive. Look great. We highly recommend these! Like it a lot
