I would have given 5 stars, except the side boards of the bed should have been filed down smooth on the inside edges because the laminate thus ends up being sharp to the fingers when making the bed. I had to remove my mattress finally and use a file to do the job. Now I can make my bed without cutting my skin. Otherwise, I have everything good to say about the packaging, the quality of the items and the slats which are all adhered beforehand to a fabric ribbon thus making the slats equidistant without one having to figure it out.
Received today, already installed and set in place. Very easy to assemble. Wish the back plate was wood like rest of the headboard instead of cardboard.

Only issues I have with it is theres a small chip in the finish, the pieces werent marked but it was still really easy to put together, the pre drilled holes for the frame are on the wrong side lol.
Bed quality complaint: The main body of the bed frame is made of two different materials, and there is difference in quality.
