great value for the money, great quality Customer service was great to resolve issue. One of the side pieces is missing the wood with Velcro piece that holds the middle support. There is no way for the bed to work without it. I was hoping that I could just have them send me another one of these pieces, but the only option is to return. Returning seems like more work than figuring out something on my own. Before building I inventoried that I had all material, however I didnt make sure all piece were complete.
Its small but so cute and comfy! I love how easy this bed was to assemble. Everything was zipped right into the headboard(Genius!) Which, if it ever needed to be moved elsewhere, could easily fit back in there for easy transfer.
They sent it pretty quick, but it was the wrong size. I will give them 3 stars because the refund was quick, but the return was not fun - this is a heavy thing!

Very flimsy and not stable
Not quite what youd expect its a bit flimsy and not super sturdy, good for a guest room, one night off, but not for long term
