Easy to put together This looks excellent once installed. It is also super strong. Assembly was a challenge. Two of the many bolts stripped and jammed half-way in using power screw driver (no, I wasnt using a drill). The beds arent strong unless every single bolt is snug home. Major pain to get the two jammed bolts taken care of.
Its worth every penny. Smart buy. Its sturdy and beautiful but took me waaaay too long to put together because everything is done with an alan wrench and I had to take apart and reassemble... twice!!!. Certain parts look like they are exactly the same if you arent careful.
We absolutely love this!!!! Was able to assemble the bed by myself but took some studying the diagrams. Might be heavy for some users but that is what I wanted. It is solid and does not twist or move when people move around in the top bed. One of the wooden faceplates on the end of the bed was cracked when I got it and I thought of notifying the seller for a replacement but was able to straighten it so it was hardly noticeable unless it is pointed out, it was not worth the hassle replace it. I am very happy with the bed after many months of use
For the price it is a reasonable buy Bunk beds are nice and sturdy. Since the part of the frame that the mattress lays on is not your typical bar slats, you dont need a bunkyboard or a bunk bed mattress.
