I like the bench but its not what I had in mind in terms of durability. It is a bit flimsy. I have it in my garage for my husband's work clothes and it really doesn't hold up for the job that I intended it for since he wears heavy work clothes. Overall it's still a good buy but make sure your function matches the product.
To protect children and others from tip-over, it includes two straps to attach to wall. You will probably want those straps. Otherwise it looks great. Can be top heavy with jackets on it, but the unit itself is sturdy enough.
Overall the item looks okay, there were dents in the pieces of the unit when we received it. Too bad because it looked great otherwise. When you buy brand new and it already looks beat up , thats not good.
This thing was a pain to assemble. None of the parts are labeled and all screws/nails etc where in one big bag with no labels either. Because if this we used the wrong ones on the bench seat and they punched through. It was very frustrating.

The instructions reference part numbers that are not identified on the parts making installation difficult.

Dents in the item

Broken piece
I was excited to get this. The first piece I pulled out the box was broken

Broken parts and some screws are to small , some parts were damaged and others where not fitting together the way they were supposed to.

The shelves do not line up straight. Overall sturdy... you get what you pay for..
