I really like this bed and good quality too. The only thing missing was screw caps. You can see all the screws. I had to purchase elsewhere. Love the feel of the fabric and the color
Had a couple of chips and dings in the wood and the very last screw wouldnt match up to the hole so we couldnt get it screwed in. But its still holding up. Works well for our toddler because its low to the ground and big enough for her to roll around on. I like that there is room for storage underneath. Overall its a decent product for the low price. its very comfortable
The trundle doesnt come with a track rail or guide, thats my buffer dissatisfaction. Its a nice and sturdy bed but it Knicks, chips, and dents very easily. Works well
Took hours to put this bed together. Soon as was together, and placed mattress on top bed, main frame piece broke immediately. Not worth the money, or time. Buy something else
The company reached out to me and issued an apology and a full refund. They stated this has never happened before and must have been a flaw with the manufacturer. The company was very apologetic and sympathetic to my ordeal. Very nice customer service agent. Other than that, its a great product!
Its a nice bed, although we tightened the screws well it still feels a bit unstable. Some screws made it difficult to fit the assembly. A drill must be used to fully mount the assembly. Comfortable and sturdy
The slats are not accurate for this bed at all. They fall out with the most minimal movement and I have to get up at night to put them back Debating if we are going to keep it
