Ranks on the work purchase experience of my

Okay, this bed was kind of a nightmare. First they only sent 2/3 boxes out to us, the third one getting lost at the warehouse or whatever. The boxes we did have had no hardware and there were two broken non-structural pieces and all the pieces that support the bed were all unfinished wood that looked like it had laid in standing water for a month, couldnt bear any weight without cracking. We called , they couldnt just send one part, they had to send a whole new bed, so we get the new bed, lug the other back to ups, and surprise, theres broken structural pieces but al least we have all three boxes this time so we try to call the number on the box, not the manufacturer, tried to Google is, no clue, tried to contact , they didnt even have a number for them either, so they offered to send a whole new set of bed and we laughed at that point and said no, we just need out money back, you can have the bed. So yeah, never again.

    Cheap

Cheap wood. A piece broke a week after putting it together.

    Not bad

Assembly went pretty easy. Make simple, have at least two people in the beginning. All the hardware was included and all screw holes mated well. A couple of the barrel nuts should have been recessed a bit more for a better fit but functional. I only have two issues one of which is out of their control just a friendly reminder. If you have a standard size kids room forget about having a ceiling fan. The second is totally on them. I bought this because I thought it was a great idea to be able to convert the bottom to another bunk for a sleepover. I pray she never has one. As others have said its going to be a total pain and to not have any future problems with those holes youre going to need at least 2 people. You have four bolts that hold the tabletop in place. Two for the steps on one side and two for one of the rails on the backside. You have to be able to get either underneath the bed for access to all four bolts or be able to pull the bed out from the wall to get to the backside. Unscrew them with your hex key and then lower the tabletop to the seat level and resecure in those corresponding holes. After the weekend repeat. Im not an engineer so I cant think of a better design but they really need to find someone who can come up with one.

    Very sturdy, well-made bed!

Easy to assemble, light smell I was very impressed with the quality of this bed! It works great for my two teenage boys. My daughter and I were able to assemble it ourselves (it did take 3-4 hours, but the instructions were very easy to follow.) I would definitely recommend this purchase!

Appropriate for the price The bed looks great and with the mattresses we purchased make it a lovely addition to the room.

    Beautiful bed

Very good Not Perfect This bed is beautiful but takes two people and a great deal of time to assemble it. Worth the time spent.

    Sturdy and nice looking

I most definitely love it Arrived in three boxes. The heaviest box contained the hardware, bed slats, ladder, and the majority of the frame. A lighter but longer box contained the length-wise pieces. And the third box contained the drawer. Assembly was fairly straightforward. All that was needed was a screwdriver and the provided hex wrenches. The instructions were pictures only but were relatively easy to follow. Pieces were conveniently labeled with numbers to simplify the process. I was able to complete all steps by myself except for the part where the upper bunk was lifted on top of the lower. The most difficult part was aligning the decorative slats in the head and foot boards. I also had to re-do one step since I had the screw holes on the headboard facing the wrong way. If you keep in mind that small holes face inward; recessed holes face outwards, youll have no problems. If you intend on using foam mattresses, youll need to buy some 1/4 plywood (4ft x 74) to lay on top the slats, which are spaced 12 apart with 9.5 gaps. The bed is made entirely of wood except for two metal support bars that run lengthwise underneath the mattress slats. Overall, the bed is sturdy and quiet. No creaks and minimal movement felt on the bottom bunk when someone is moving on the top.
