Communication was excellent. The panels are amazing. Yes, it was challenging to hang, but with hand made products you have to expect that there is not 100% uniformity and that is part of what we like and appreciate. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend if you want a unique piece of craftsmanship.
The pannels were exactly as I expected. The seller was very easy to communicate with and responded to my inquiries quickly. However, I thought the hardware that came with it wasnt secure enough, so bought a different hanging system from a local hardware store. Clear hanging directions and a guideline for where to place the mechanism on the back of the pannels, would have been very helpful as they were a bit difficult to line up. Overall, I am happy with the product!
