Perfect Fit our needs Im going to start by letting you know, the mattress I had before getting this platform.
It was 23 years old. Had been in storage for a couple of years and was in REALLY bad shape.
I am temporarily disabled and on the larger side - since I cant get out to shop for mattresses I had to rely on customer comment.
After receiving a GENEROUS gift certificate, I came to .
I figured Id buy a new mattress and keep my old box spring.
BAD IDEA. There is a reason people are all buying platforms now and not box springs!
My box spring was as bad as the previous mattress.
While my NEW hybrid gel-foam, spring mattress was far firmer than my old one..the lack of good support underneath left me in bed with my rear end sunken into the bed and my arms and legs up in the air ( think turtle on its back by accident)
I went back to and saw this platform- there werent too many comments, but the ones that were there showed me that I could attach my current headboard and the wood basically matched my bedroom furniture.
I ordered a FULL sized platform to match my mattress. They were out of stock and it took about 3 weeks to get them in, Once in- I received it right away AND at the price I originally was quoted at. ( That made me happy!)
Being temporarily disabled, I couldnt dream of doing it myself. A terrific ANGEL from my Church came to help out and he got it put together in less than an hour...then added the headboard. It looks great.

He noted that they supplied not only all of the tools and items you needed, but they even sent EXTRA just in case! All supplies were laid out clearly and easy to find. He remarked how it was a quality product. The very interesting thing is that there were very wide slats ( which were missing on other products I previewed) - and they installed almost like a window blind ( see photo) . No nails needed, teh middle teo slats got tacked onto pegs and that was it!
After the first night.. I can report I am no longer imitating an upside down turtle.
The ONLY disappointing thing is that with the slats and the tape used to keep the mattress in place... it is hard to tuck sheets and blankets under. I guess if you bought the extra long/wide sheets youd have less of a problem. I only have regular sheets. The mattress is only about 5 inches high.
Amazing product and worth the price Had to wait a while for this to be restocked, but it was worth the wait. Shipped quickly and arrived sooner than expected once it was back in stock. Great item, especially for the price. Well made, very sturdy, packaged very well, and easy to put together. Highly recommend!
I had previously ordered a metal platform bed from another company/seller on and it was poorly made. I rarely return things but I sent it back. This bed from MUSEHOME is beautifully made and has been the exact opposite experience. I am very impressed with the quality of the wood, the quality of the parts and the simplicity of putting it together. I am really impressed by the quality of materials and the bed itself is very sturdy. Most importantly, I put my foam mattress that I bought on on top of it without a boxspring and it is so comfortable! I am very impressed with the finished product. Lastly, I am so happy I was able to put this together in about an hour by myself. I have already recommended this brand and this particular bed to family members. A+ experience.

great for the money. well made I purchased two for the guest room. I do not think I have ever received a purchase so carefully packaged with organized and secure tool bits than I did with this item. Kudos to Musehome for taking pride in their product. Both frames came sooner than I expected...just in time for the new memory foam mattresses. They were really easy to put together. The frames seems a little too small for the mattresses, but the mattresses may not have expanded enough yet. Will see how it goes after a few days. All and all I am very please with the purchase. The frame is solid and attractive.
Affordable and very nice! I have been burned buying furniture online. Wrong color, uncertain delivery, poor customer service etc. I researched for a month and decided not to go with common China brand. I am amazed how different it was with this product. No exploding styrofoam, it was all covered in cellophane. No damage, it was double boxed, it survived American Express. Quality hardware, just 16 bolts, they even give you extras. It took less than an hour to assemble. My mattress has to be rotated every 3 months so I didnt use the adhesive strips to hold the mattress in place, but it doesnt move about. It is plain, but it is real wood, not compost that weighs a ton. Im recommending it to my daughter. She is an fan, but this seems so much nicer.
