There is a Proposition 65 Warning from California on it probably because of the wood, but as someone once told me, just dont lick the piece of furniture and you will be ok! Hope they are right! Know that there are two large boxes that the dresser comes inI received one box the first time around and reordered the whole dresser for me the second time aroundno extra charge! I appreciated their customer service..truly exceptional! Get this dresseryou wont be disappointed: deep drawers, pretty wood inside and out, etc.!!
This purchase says, I know what Im doing. Looks great and is easy to assemble. The directions are highly detailed and easy to follow. The piece looks exactly as pictured and seems to be as sturdy as expected.
Ok. Good price. Every 6 months, I purchase a condo and furnish it to use as a rental. Ive purchased thousands of dollars in furniture on . This product is by far the best piece of furniture that I have purchased on .
1. Quality engineering. All the holes are drilled perfectly, all the nuts bolts and pegs are properly marked and organized, and the pieces fit well together.
2. Product quality: this attractive unit is exceptionally sturdy and attractive.
3. Assembly: I assembled the nightstand and the dresser. The instructions are easy to understand and follow and given the high quality of engineering everything comes together. There are hundreds of little parts and pieces that go into the unit but they are so well organized and laid out, its almost meditative to assemble.
I love everything about this product including the company that shipped it to me. The shipper was FedEx and would prevent me from ordering this product again. FedEx shipping is cumbersome, awkward, and too 1980s in their service profile. I will not reduce the number of stars for this product and vendor based upon FedExs inability to properly ship. I do recommend however that the vendor provide the customer with a choice of shippers. UPS or delivery are my only choices.
I am writing this review after finalization of my assembly. The dresser is a superb value for the money! I did have a few issues with missing hardware (it was sent out timely) and a damaged drawer front but am in the process of working that out. The length of time it took to assemble was about 3 hours which wasnt all that bad. The quality of the wood is exceptional, it resembles a Formica countertop, is fairly sturdy, wont stain and isnt very heavy or hard to move. I also like that it does not sit right only my floor as I just got new carpet and was searching for a dresser with legs so it would not smash my carpet. The design of the legs is superb as it is not just some cheap legs you screw on. Overall, it is definitely worth the money by a longshot as I recently spent 800 bucks for a different dresser, and it was complete garbage and I had to return it which was not easy. I am so happy I found this dresser on and the price point is most reasonable. The length is perfect, height is perfect, but I do wish the drawers were just a tad deeper. I would definitely recommend this dresser and anything from this manufacturer for that matter. The piece is beautiful, and my neighbor thought I paid well over $1,000 for it! I anticipate getting many compliments on it over the years :). Again, you cant go wrong with this item or manufacturer!
I had two breakdowns trying to put this together. When I first bought it, they lost it. Then I bought it again and putting the damn thing together has been hell on earth. The directions come off as helpful but are not. The wood is terrible quality. It literally broke as I was putting it together. I fixed it with a mess of wood filler, superglue and flex tape. I just wanted something to store my art supplies in. If you read the bad reviews and think its just a bunch of incompetent people, you thought wrong. This is unbelievably obnoxious and well beyond not worth the money. -100/10 stars.
I purchased three cabinets all similar. They are made from particle board. The backing is like a piece of cardboard. When trying to move to the location it was meant to be it was very unsteady and wobbly. It isnt worth the money that was spent on any of these cabinets! Wouldnt recommend for any item especially anything heavy.
A challenge to assemble. It took longer than the instructions noted. Looks great. Blends in with our other wood items. Can hold wire quite a bit of stuff. You will not be disappointed

It looks good, and the drawers are smooth and solid. It is going to take a while to assemble, so prepare a large space.

Its worth the cash This was something good to assemble. It looks good...but it did take me about 5-6 hours to do it.
