Money good to have. The price was high for this item, my problem is that a basic twin mattress didnt even fit when trying to put the mattress away! Thats very disappointing when spending 200 on this product! There needs to have more space for the actual mattress! Dont buy unless you have a thin mattress.
Does the job. I assembled the bed myself easily (I am 50 yo small woman), though the instruction is a bit confusing with the numbers and letters on it. The parts have the numbers but no letters, so I dont know why they put letters on the instruction.
I found one of the slats is shorter than the other by 1 so it will fall if I put in on the bed frame. I contacted the customer support, spoke to them providing all the information about my order and they requested me to provide them via email with the invoice from and pictures of the defected slat. I did send them on March 17, then they asked me again on March 19 and I sent the document again. On March 23, they sent me another email asking the same information. I replied that I have sent it. Today, they sent me another email still requesting the same. Unbelievable!! they obviously do not communicate to each other in their customer support system. So just be ready to deal with them when you get a defected item. I will update my review once I get the replacement of the slat.

After I told them that I will give an honest feedback on about their service, on the next day, they sent me email confirming that they would send me the slat replacement. I received the replacement of full set of slats yesterday. I would have given 4 stars for the great product and great price minus confusing instruction. But the experience with their customer service took away another star.
There are some flaws on the parts which makes the bed frame impossible to be assembled. Cannot return the product because it is already pass the deadline. Feel frustrated.
Over all this cot looks great, but my 50 pound 8 year old totally feel the bars under the mattress. So be prepared to spend more money on making the cot mattress more comfortable or just buy a higher quality cot to begin with.
Then again you can just throw the mattress out and lay directly on the bars which is pretty much what the cot feels like anyway.
Super. Nice bed frame, though only downfall is that it uses sticky tape to keep mattress in place and the most likely will not last that long if always changing sheets. Also, sheets tend to poke through the bottom. Good value for cost and perfect for guest bedroom.

Flaws makes the bed frame impossible to be assembled.
There are some flaws on the parts which makes the bed frame impossible to be assembled. Cannot return the product because it is already pass the deadline. Feel frustrated.
Comfort not achieved
can feel sport bars , had to order a different mattress, feel I should be reimbursed for mattress that came with bed
Not very sturdy
We have used this bed about 6 months now. My small 9 year old sleeps on it. It has several slats bent and falling through the supports
