The representative (Jeanine) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and recommended several options. She was an absolute pleasure to speak with and very kind. The seller was flexible and made it an easy return.
Bed is solid wood and . Very sturdy. Easy to assemble, no power tools needed. All hardware and tools needed for assembly came with it. Do not over tighten. It took me about an hour and a half to assemble by myself, but I was not going n a hurry. It has illustrated instructions for assembly as well as a video, but I never used the video.
Looks gorgeous and easy to assemble. We bought this because we have a small child and small dog who like to get into our bed. We had a bed frame prior to this, but the slats underneath would move anytime someone got in and out of bed. This bed frame is solid wood, the slats are only 3 apart from each other and they have Velcro to secure them to the bed frame. The hardware that comes with is really nice and easy to assemble. The only issue we had was the little bit of finessing in order to get the screws into the holes because the holes are very precise. Otherwise, we are very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend.

When I received this product, it was missing a main frame to complete the platform. The manufacturer, , was impossible to deal with, gave me the run around for a week, and refused to send the missing piece. customer service stepped in and was wonderful, and handled the situation. I do not recommend buying any product in which the manufacturer does not stand behind their product and pleasing the customer.
Ive bought from , Wayfair, Ashley Furniture, etc. And I can say that this bed frame was super easy to mount and the quality is very impressive. I would definitely recommend it.
