Reasonably priced not didficult to put together and cute for toddler kiddo we bought it for. Not going to last forever but will last long enough Hope to improve in the future
Ive been looking for a big kid bed for my daughter for quite some time now! I didnt want anything too flashy, I wanted something sturdy that she can grow into. I ordered this bed and it is SO CUTE! Its simple and clean lines, I really love the amount of wooden slats it gives for support and the fact that it sticks to the bed frame makes me feel better knowing the slats wont shift. It was super easy to assemble, took about 20 minutes with two of us working on it. I am so glad I purchased this bed! Very nice quality and looks nice.
Just as described. Easy to put together. It took about an hour. I like the off white color and the sturdiness of the bed frame. The simple style works for a guest room or a childs room. I recommend this bed frame. It was also very well packaged. Loving it so far!
Purchased this queen bed for my daughters room. Assembly was easy and it looks great! Purchased two nightstands that match perfectly. Very satisfied. Me likey!
I am somewhat torn on this review. Bed came very well packed and easy to assemble. Color is light putty grey / so it works if you wanted white or off/white / not too gray.
When taking pieces out, noticed that some had minor repairs done on them. A back leg appeared to be cosmetic only but noticeable. During the assembly also noticed that one side rail was repaired right on the end / hopefully cosmetic as well. Considering the small cost of the pine, I would hope they could either junk the offending pieces or make repairs unnoticeable / I guess not at this price point though.
Also noticed cracks around couple inserted threads in the end board / cant tell how well they will hold over time. I called the factory customer service a week ago / no reply. I also send a note with photos the same day / no reply as well. That is a huge no/no in my book / what kind of 5 year warranty will I get if I cant get hold of the factory.
The middle metal supports are not perfectly vertical and are slightly bent all three in one direction / I am guessing factory welding of the brackets is slightly off / will see how well they hold up as well. We bought this as a guest bed / I would not consider this to be a daily sleeper.
UPDATE 6/12/2018 / responded after I commented below that there was no response to me second query. I got three separate e/mails from them to all my earlier requests and eventually they combined them into one. Even thought I asked for one leg and 1 sideboard piece, I got two legs from them ?!? The leg tops were perfectly finished as opposed to the ones I got in the box. No response to my side rail request though. I imagine I could push the matter but considering that I did get to respond I am satisfied that if the rails cracks any further, I will be able to get a replacement. So product itself is a four star, service / still to be decided. however I would not recommend anyone buy this.
