    Easy assembly

The instructions were easy to understand and it was simple to assemble. The product seems to be a good quality wood. My girls lived their beds and with care I am sure we will get good use at a good price. Stylish yet affordable

But otherwise the bed is great for the price

I would give 4 stars. But they did not drill holes for the slat screws or ladder hinge. It is very difficult to screw these 2 items with no drill holes. I dont understand this. But otherwise the bed is great for the price! I am so disappointed.

    It OK for the money

It is great for kids but do not think an adult can use this. It will never last with heavy people. I suspect I will get to about 10 years old. Luckily this is a long ways off yet. I dont think itll last more than a few years!

    Awful packaging Nice Bunk bed!!

We waited 2 weeks. When it finally arrived it was missing every piece of hardware, directions, missing pieces, extra slats. it was totally messed up. They did ship us a new one which we got a week later. Once the new one came in we put it together. Every part and everything is now correct. We are very happy with the beds. There is plenty of head room and its extremely sturdy. That was a problem!!

    Nice set however

Nice set however, a part of the railing was cracked. Not enough to make a difference and I was able to make it work. Other than that, its a great product!

    Great for the price

Great for the price.very wobbly once assembled as a bunk bed. Weight restrictions on top bunk make it hard to feel comfortable making the top bed. Debating if we are going to keep it

Over all its a great bed, rocks a little but still a good

A pain to build. You definitely need two people. The color is true to picture. Its not a gray blue. Although after a couple weeks the top price of wood that run vertically to support the rail broke off. My kids were Im assuming putting their feet on it and it just popped off. So my husband had to try to re thread it. Oh and also one of the pre drilled holes was in a knot in he wood and when we tried to screw in the screw it split the wood. So we used wood glue and made a new hole. Over all its a great bed, rocks a little but still a good buy Im a bit disappointed.

Reasonable value; looks good. Note : Very low headroom for lower bunk.

This bed took me about 3 hours to assemble by myself, with a bad leg (me, not the bed!). It would have been a lot quicker if parts and hardware had been labelled / some of the parts (e.g. two of the four end boards) were labelled but most other pieces were not / seems very inconsistent. A sticker or writing on each piece would make it so much quicker. Same with the nuts/bolts / I recommend matching everything and writing their number ref. on the plastic bags with a sharpie pen. The instructions are adequate if youre reasonably experienced with assembling furniture; many steps are included within each diagram so you have to figure out ther best order yourself. Theres no gluing so you can reverse steps if you need to go back. The tolerances were good for a product at this price point / everything fitted pretty much where it should. A few inadequately drilled out holed for the bolts but a bit of poking with a sharp stick got any rogue shavings out. There is a straight metal bracket which fits behind the ladder support on the inside but it doesnt fit well because there are embedded / its the exploded diagram of step 7, so it has to be fitted with two screws near to the end of the wood so likely not very strong. I called customer service and spoke to a knowledgeable American which was a nice surprise, not a person 5000 miles away reading from a script/database. I got through quickly too. The biggest issue, however, is as others have mentioned, the clearance for the lower bunk. The child on the lower bunk does not have enough space to sit up for a a drink or to read a book (you can recline I guess). It will do, we were just a bit surprised and it might be a bit enclosed being so low. Son didnt actually seem to care though. Its just 20 from lower matress to top bunk bottom. This isnt going to last 10 years but for the price and our purpose, should be okay. Its not bad its just not great.
