There was a piece missing. One of the support bars was not in box. The only option I can find is to return. I would prefer someone to send the piece we need.
These are great chairs and look way more expensive than they actually are. I ended up ordering 10 of them to put around my counter and they look fabulous

Put the first one together in a matter of minutes.

Very comfortable bar stools
