Its lower than I thought, comfy rough, but I see no way of locking the rock or swivel making it a nightmare to get off, use one hand any your in trouble.
Chair is very comfor and I enjoy the swivel and rocking. Massage can be felt but doesnt get to the muscles like some chairs do. I love my chair though. Value for money, I guess.

Its ok
Personally I want it to recline further back its still a bit to upright. The massage thing is good. And the chair looks good.
