Excellent customer service These chairs are perfect for what I wanted to use them. They are just in my bedroom for looks not actual sitting area chairs. Not sure how comfortable they would be for lounging. But they are cute, and easy to put together, and serve the purpose for which I need.

The manufacturer has incredible customer service. Its very comfy and Im very happy! I put them in my home office and they looked awesome.
The only thing that may be concerned is they are a little bit light weight but they are good.
For the money it is awesome! I love this accent chair. It pulls everything together in my living room. I get so many compliments on it and it does not sink in which I love. It was super easy to assemble and the box was not heavy either so I was able to carry it and put it together. The wooden legs are the best part and really pull the design together.
