Received my frame a week ago and immediately noticed a dent in the footboard frame. It wouldnt be that bad if it was damaged in a place where it wouldnt be visible but this is right on top. The shipping box looked fine so this must have been damaged in the factory. I reported it right away to the Seller but have not received ANY correspondence. Decent bed frame but customer support is not very good.
UPDATE: Finally heard back from their customer support folks and they were able to resolve this issue to my satisfaction. This bed is great looking and easy to assemble so buy with confidence. still feels plenty sturdy
It is great after you put it together. Putting it together is nerve racking because all of the dowels didnt fit. We were also missing the dowels. Some of the holes dont line up. Its pretty good wood and it fits his dad who is 120 even though it says 109. The stairs at the top are kinda sharp. Had to put extra screws in stairs. I still think its Was a Fabulous price and my boy with an extra chromosome loves it . Now he has one like his sisters . Just shorter to the ground . Best choice

After doing weeks of research and feeling overwhelmed with all the choices of treehouse beds I am so beyond happy this is the one I went with! Shipping went smoothly, both boxes arrived at the same time and undamaged. Assembly went overall very well. I highly recommend leaving the parts in one room and only taking what you need during each step into the assembly room. It is a two person job and took about 2 hours. The only issue during the assembly was at the end when we were attaching the plywood slats, they werent cut the best (very rough, uneven and lots of splinters) and seemed as though they would tear up the mattress if we placed it directly on them. We fixed this by getting a sheet of brown hardboard cut to size at Lowes and placing that on top. Overall Im thrilled with the quality, sturdiness and look of this bed, my son LOVES it! Be sure to have it
Update: I contacted the company about my problem and they resolved it quickly. So Im giving them a 5 stars rating for great customer service plus the bed is beautiful. . The bed feels sturdy and looks great. I would of given it a better review but Its missing 8 screws.(the screws that attach the window by the head and foot board) and I am unable to complete building the bed. Can the seller please reach out to me and send me the screws that are missing so I can give this bed a better review. Thanks in advance The instructions were perfect! I didnt get confused at all
With inspo from Pinterest I went ahead and painted my son a and playful mountain theme wall. from there my vision flourished. When I saw this bed frame I had to have it! And Im very thankful I purchased it! He saw it in the box it was delivered in and exclaimed MY House !
Due to delivery the box was a bit damage which chipped a piece of my wood though you can not tell! Besides that everything was perfectn
So Id definitely recommend this for anyone who is interested in buying. Needs better support
If your short like me ( just under 5 ft) you will need a step ladder or another person to help assemble this bed. I put it together myself but it took some time and ingenuity on my part. I didnt put the roof pieces on because Im going to paint them a different color; but my 3 yr old daughter loves this bed and no longer wants to sleep with mommy lol. Great purchase, Im happy I chose this product. It turned out great. Side note if you have a child that like to jump on their bed (most children do) I recommend using a plywood sheet instead of the slats for more support. very pleasantly surprised

Only issue I had was that one of the boards were bent. I have posted a photo of that pic. I had to sit on it to be able to screw it in. Im sure over time the tension will cause and issue. I have not contacted the company yet. But I plan to for another pc. Overall for the price its worth it. My 4 yr old loves it. Easy to assemble just takes a while
Love the bed. The granddaughter was so excited. Easy bed to move from crib to big girl bed. My picky complaints are the packaging. The roof panels were all scratched up. I tried several avenues to get a photo to the company but could not connect. Love it but would have liked touch up paint, new roof panels or a credit. NEED TO IMPROVE THE PACKAGING BETWEEN BOARDS!! I think this is a good option
Absolute great product for the price. Very sturdy! Even more beautiful in person. Did take my licensed general contractor a few hours to put together with help. However, we love it!!! My daughter cannot wait to sleep in it. LOVE LOVE LOVE
