Pleased with the design, quality, dimensions, and appearance. I travel for a living (on the road a lot). I wish I would have had these 3 decades ago. Plastic gas cans are frankly hard to use and messy. Sprung for an additional $55 battery powered pump...works great. Bravo. I do recommend this.
I like everything about this gas can. The only other comparable way to property store gas IMO is using a jerry can. And forget the plastic cans. I tried those and some eventually leaked - what a mess. I like this much better. They store well. The only recommendation I would offer for improvement is to make them so that at least a few can be stacked when horizontal space is limited. Cheers
Used it to store gasoline in it. And it expanded and deformed. It doesnt leak or anything. But its just scary to see the metal deform that way. I guess I would like more structure added to it. Overall very good!
This item is extremely sturdy and the process for ordering and receiving was extremely easy to do.
Havent had the chance to use it, but looking forward to trying it.
I have this tank. It seems good there is no sign of leakage and is sturdy with solid weight. However when the cap (both the big and small cap) is closed sealed with gasoline inside it makes VERY loud, explosion-like pop sound randomly/sporadically. It is so loud that the sound can be heard many blocks away... If you are living on a hideout place in the wilderness and the military troops or gangsters are hunting for you, this gas can is not the way to keep your gas stored..the sound is so loud they will be able to track you down and get you. This is very deadly or dangerous. I should have gotten the plastic version of the gas can.
Got them today, seem sturdy enough for my needs however one was clean and the other had rust inside.
Im not happy and will complain and I expect a replacement.
