Really good quality however the gray color is actually more blue and kind of resembles a light denim so that was a bummer, but overall it does its job well and is really comfy.
This is a very soft, plushy chair and I love sitting in it. Setting it up was a bit of a pain because of screws seeming too short but I do love this chair.
The seller was very responsive when the chair didnt show up on the day said it was delivered, they fixed the shipment and I got it the next day, and sent me instructions w/in an hour. The chair is a little tough to put together for one person just b/c of the screws and size of the seat and back, but I got it together on my own. It is quite cushy, firm, and soft. The lower part of the back curves with my back quite nicely.
Although at first the chair arrived with missing parts, it took only a few days to get them at my door. The chair is very comfortable and the seller attended to my request quickly! Love the product!
My husband and I have been upholsters with our own business for 40 years. I ordered this chair because I liked the fabric and did not want a leather or imitation leather. Before putting it together we tried out the seat and went right to the board. I was going to send it back but my husband said unless I spent a lot more money then this that is what I would get. So I put it together and used it for 2 days and decided to replace the foam right away, I was also curious what was native sponge!!! never heard of that before!! The first picture is what they claim is in it for foam and the second picture is what is really in it. Big difference now that the new foam is in it , it is everything I was looking for. We would charge about 50.00 to do this job for anyone else. So buyer beware its not what they advertise it to be !!! UPDATE. After this company read my review , instead of just ignoring the situation they reached out to me. My review alerted them to a situation they were not aware of. The factory was substituting the advertised foam for something cheaper and of less quality. The company compensated me for the incident they, were very prompt , apologetic and professional . This is the first time I have wrote a review on a product and I am so impressed with the way this company cared for their customer.
Although this chair was difficult to assemble (specifically the arms and the back, for real that was difficult) this is the best office chair I have ever had. I have a lot of joint issues and i need a chair with a lot of padding. And i need to be able to lean it back as well. This chair is everything I need in a chair. I can sit in it for hours and I am always comfortable. 10/10 would reccommend. Definitely happy with my purchase. Oh and did I mention how easy it is to move on carpet? Doesnt glide like a chair would on a hard surface but definitely a lot easier to move on carpet than my old office chair. Hands down best computer chair ive ever used.
The chair is comfortable, but its off/gassing and it smells like toxic chemicals! Its literally making my whole apartment smell like some sort of pesticide.
