I chose this chair for the pastel color color and was pleasantly surprised at how comfortably supportive it is! I was also able to assemble it by myself in about 15 minutes.
I wanted something color to match the aesthetic of my room but I didnt want to pay a large price tag. Im at my desk for a large majority of my day so comfort and support are something I needed. This chair definitely exceeded expectations and was worth the purchase. The only reason I put this chair at 4 stars is primarily because I have to tighten the screws as the armrest gets pretty loose which is slightly inconvenient.
Very easy to assemble. Took me maybe 30-45 minutes to get it out of the box put together and at my computer. All parts packages and undamaged upon arrival. Bolts and washers etc. were all neatly packaged and had and extra just incase.
I use the chair about 10-12 hours a day for my two jobs and Im comfortable for the most part. Im 5 foot nothing and the back support is right where i need it once i leaned the back of the chair back a bit. the back support dose move up and down very slightly on its own. I almost didnt put the headrest on. Im glad i did for reclining! I cant really speak on its comfort while sitting if you have your chair supper straight. I can say since I have mine adjusted to lean back very slightly I almost forget its there till i lean my head back.
The foam in the seat part is firm but feels cheaper and will probable wear out quickly. I plan on getting extra cushion so that doesnt bother me much. For the last 2 months I have not noticed a change in quality.
I have one complaint. Working at home means I get to use one of those super soft fuzzy microfiber blankets. The ribbing of the material seems to attract the fuzz from the blanket which has been easy to remove. Probably wont be an issue to anyone not wrapped up in a big plush blanket. haha!
Finally, I have found the perfect chair! This is the third chair I have purchased for my dedicated space. The first chair was color with a gold base and gold studs. I even purchased gold wheels to help it glide better. It was beautiful! However, it was not comfortable or offer enough support for me to spend hours doing business or being creative; as Im not a small girl. The second chair was comfortable but I could not over look it being black in my color space. I was so relieved and excited to discover this color beautiful chair 3 days after purchasing and installing the black one. My family thought I was being ridiculous to purchase yet another chair. However, I needed and wanted my chair to serve all purposes. This chair does it all; it is comfortable, offers support, is visually pleasing and is color. I love this chair! I highly recommend it.
I was hesitant about this chair at first. The padding on the seat isnt super thick but is pretty comfortable. The lumbar support and head rest are adjustable. I have a big butt and wide hips, this chair is wide and comfy.
