The main desk area came cracked, I wrote the seller but have yet to get a partial refund. We didnt notice it until the bed was 90 built. It takes a few hours to build so I have tried to use wood glue to fix it and put an extra bar drilled into the back for more stability, but still think there should be some refund for all the extra effort I had to to. it was quite disappointing
Only received 2 out of 3 boxes and had to track that down. When assembling one shelf was missing 2 holes / so we had to drill it on our own. Once fully assembled the bed looks great and is is sturdy. Our daughter loves it! Everything is nice!
Assembly directions are terrible, some parts of the shelving do not fit together correctly, the holes do not line up right (see pictures.) Missing part of the railing prevents us from putting up the latter side railing. Attempting to find where that part can be retrieved. But there is no contact information to get missing parts.Im a bit disappointed.
The bed arrives in 3 separate packages so its not so cry heavy, which I was very grateful for. Everything is labeled and easy to identify, and assembly is a breeze when you stick to the instructions.
Overall,we are very pleased with this purchase and love the look of the entire product. Better price available for same designs
My 11 year old daughter loves this bed! She feels like her room is her own college dorm. She has her desk set up to do her schoolwork and artwork. Its her own little happy place! very sturdy and stylish

All parts were labeled and it was easy to assemble. We purchased the white frame. Perfect for my daughters room It is sturdy and looks beautiful
