Not sure if its meant for this but the headboard has three places that you secure it in the back on each side so if your bed is taller or shorter you could raise it up and only secure it with two or lower the headboard and secure it with all three depending on how high you would like your headboard.
The first one I got had an 18inch crack in the headboard but all I did was call support and they had a whole new bed to me in 2 days. I was able to just swap out the headboard so I didnt have to take the whole thing apart and they came to pick up the bed to return. After i initially put the bed together I didnt like how low it was but with the box springs it covered the headboard so i swapped out the headboard supports with some good quality 1x4s and raised it. I love how it turned out! Definitely worth it for the price and it is super sturdy! The first pic is with box springs before I raised the headboard and the second is with the new headboard support rails.
Beautiful bed, very sturdy and super easy to assemble. My only word of caution / we live on the third floor with no elevator. I thought this would be delivered by a freight carrier or even fedex/ups but it was delivered by a contracted delivery driver. They did not bring this upstairs but instead left it on the curb of my apartment building. My bf is a veteran with bad knees and I have 0 arm strength so getting it up to our unit was a disaster. Be sure you have help available if taking it to a 2nd or 3rd floor. Otherwise this is a great buy.
We bought this bed because we were desperate to get a king size and we wanted something somewhat modern looking. Assembly was fine and the bed seemed really sturdy. We got this in September and as of Dec 3 we noticed that the wood glue seems to be wearing off. parts of the seams you can see a visible crack and even in the corner the wood seems to have sunk
Not sure what to do about this issue. Hopefully the wood doesnt fall on us while we sleep and get a ton if splinters. guess we might need to buy a separate head board and hope it fits okay.
Would I recommend.Maybe. Its super cheap but Im worried about the quality. Will update if something were to happen.
So, first impression off this bed frame is that its very very easy to assemble, took me about 35 minutes from opening box to putting my mattress on. While I was assembling the mattress I realized that this bed is somewhat sturdy but you do not want to jump around on it. The back/headboard side off the bed does not come with support, it is supported by the headboard, I will explain why this is an issue, so you only have 7 off space for youre mattress, any mattress taller than 7 will not fit under the headboard and will hang off of the bed. I purchased a king size lucid 12 mattress and it does not fit this bed whatsoever,yet.

Not easy to assemble
