I was a bit disappointed that it didnt have an extra bar down the center between the headboard and footboard like in the photos, I got it because I wanted that extra sturdiness. But it did have all the pieces labeled and all the bolts and hardware were individually wrapped in plastic bags which was nice. It is beautiful though
Cute bed, my daughter loves it. Pretty easy to put together, took less than an hour. The frame itself seems to be made of a lightweight metal, almost feels like aluminum so definitely wouldnt be roughhousing on it, there is some shakiness but overall it seems fine for the cost. Pretty happy with it.
Took a couple hours to assemble but my daughter loves it! Definitely a princess bed fit for a princess (or Queen, it would be great for adults as well)! Weve only had it up a couple nights, Ill update if theres any issues, but I dont foresee any, as the platform frame seems sturdy. Great value for the money, and Im glad I bought it!
I put it together in just a few hours, i kept leaving to do other things but you could probably finish in an hour or two. One of the pieces at the top, the pole where the ball connects to, was welded in sideways so I had to bend the balls screw so it would fit, wont be able to take it off when I move. Other than that its a great bed, the curtain function gives a lot of privacy
the product itself is great! its a decent quality bed for the price, it does bend pretty easy. ive had it for a couple of months now, and ive had to bend the footboard back a couple of times because Im clumsy and fall in to it a lot. the customer service is absolutely the worst though. i got sent one wrong part and i cant finish the canopy part of the bed. i emailed the store the day i set my bed up, back in june. its now September and i cannot get an email back, and theres not another way listed to contact them. so if you buy this, assume that youll get a few wrong parts, and assume that you wont get the right parts if you contact them.
