Ordered a set for a coffee bar we are adding. They arrived quickly and packaging was secure. Really like the chairs, the style and the color. There was an odor when the package was opened, but it cleared in a few hours. Just accepted it as part of the assembly process--glue, fabric and wood. First chair went together perfectly. Chair number 2 had incorrect cross pieces with it Contacted the seller and they sent replacement parts, but they were still incorrect. My son was able to make them work by doing a little creative carpentry, but he is a craftsman. I would not have been able to complete assembly on my own. Rating would have been 4 or 5 stars for the chairs without the hassle of incorrect parts.
Okayyyy, so I bought these chair because I thought they’d be perfect for the layout of my house. Everything is in the neutral tone family. They took forever to come, I’m guessing because of the “Rona”. I couldn’t wait to get busy putting them together when they finally arrived. I bought 4 for my dining room table. Sooo clearly I spent nearly $500 bucks with shipping. Anywho, I opened the box and the actual seats were beautiful. Now here’s where the “almost perfect” part comes in: the wood on 3 out of the 4 of the chairs had scratches and nicks. Like the wood was damaged prior to packaging. Also, the holes for the footrest bars were not there. We had to create holes. I fought myself back and forth between buying these or another product. The other product was slightly cheaper. I wonder if they would have been worth the money. I will insert photos so you can see my almost perfect table.

Legs not Walnut
The only disappointment I had with the chairs were the leg color. My table is Walnut and these legs are a light ashy brown. They do sit well however.
