So, let me say that this seems to be a nice product and match the description. Perfect for a smaller odd shaped bedroom and easy assembly.
However, it did take a week to arrive (even with prime) and was missing several parts, specifically half the slats needed to place the bottom mattress on the frame. Reached out to the company and had to file a claim. Customer service said it will take another 10 days before the replacement parts should arrive. Where after waiting for a week for the product, already rearranging furniture and moving beds to make room for this is a super inconvenience. If parts are missing it shouldnt take another 10 days before the replacements are received when it is on the company.I am so disappointed.
Although it did take a while to put this up, it wasnt because it was difficult it was more so because the bed takes time to build. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Im pregnant and I was able to put it up with no problem. Its Sturdy I have my 8 year old boy on the top bunk and 3 year old girl on the bottom. The longest part of the whole thing is the slats going across the beds but very easy to assemble still. The bed is low for people with low ceilings. My kids love their bed! 5 starts for the price and quality!! This is awesome!

Super Easy To Put together!
