Wife Bought this bed for our son. His first big boy bed! Initially I put it together and reilzed I was missing a few peiceS. In a hurry I contacted their customer service line via email and phone. It was a Saturday so I had to wait till Monday for a response. When they contacted me it was through email and were very apologetic about the ordeal. They were extremely helpful and diligent in get me what I needed. I continued to get phone calls and emails with updates on were my missing peices were. Everything arrived a week after I initially put the bed together. Once I put the last finishing touches it was a master piece. Bed is solid wood. Paint job is done beautifully and its just as described as far as size goes. As for color the Grey is darker than we thought but it worked out because we have light floors and we with white bedding. Really happy with the customer service support and my son loves his bed. Thank you to this company definitely reccommed! Perfect.
I really love these bunk beds I was a little disappointed bc it came later than expected but I reached out to the company and got back to me right away and were very accommodating and sincere. Highly recommend! He loves it.
Our kids love it! My husband built it in a few hours by himself. The slide is a huge hit! Have had it for about 4 months and more than pleased with our purchase. It was easy.
Kids love it! Our sons cousins always want to go to his room now to play. The slide is a hit. Not good for smaller rooms as the slide will extend out to take up space. Wish the upper bunk rail near the ladder/slide was sturdier. Otherwise its a safe/fun option for kids. Like that its shorter in height as well. You will need something to place under the mattress for more support and so you dont feel the bed slats. I got thin sheets of wood cut at Home Depot to help with that. Laid them over the slats and worked to give more support under the mattress. works great.
Pretty easy to assemble (took my husband about 1.5 hours and he did it on his own) but youll definitely want a power drill. Lots of pieces. Our 3 4 year olds love it! Its sturdy and looks good. I also like that the slide and ladder are interchangeable. Overall, a great value. I definitely recommend this bunk bed. My daughter love it!!!
LOVE this bed and so does my son! It is a perfect step up bed for a young child since it isnt too high! Only complaint is the sharp edge at the top of the slide that cut my sons fingers while putting the bed together he now knows not to put his fingers in the small crack at the top when going down the slide! Love it.
My daughters love this bed! Its a bit difficult to assemble but that is my only complaint. Definitely order a xl twin mattress though cause a normal twin doesnt reach all the way and it could be a hard
UPDATE 1 1/2 year later: It started getting wobbly at about a year. Especially the top bunk parts. The slides hook part that keeps it connected to the bed just snapped after a year and a half so we have to take the slide off or find a replacement piece which will be fun bleh Save some money and buy this.
