This ottoman was super easy to assemble, no power tools required. The top of it is soft but not squishy, I set my cup with a coaster on it and it doesn't wobble. Lots of space underneath for baskets or blankets. The only thing I will say, it did have a strong "manufacturing" smell for the first week we had it. We had to spray with febreeze everyday but I no longer notice the smell.
Love love love this ottoman! I was looking for a grayish colored ottoman that didnt have that yellowish tint to it and this is PERFECT. Took me no time to put together and feels super sturdy. The hardest part was getting it through the door after the delivery man dropped it off because the box was SO heavy. So happy with this purchase!!
I was a little skeptical of buying furniture of but I love the design and color of the piece. It was pretty easy to put together and with a few adjustments its really sturdy. I do think since my kid likes to jump from it to the couch a lot it will have to keep being tightened. I put a hefty tray on the bottom and its not scratched the wood at all.
I was having trouble finding a coffee table that matched my gray, cream, and black furniture and the tan walls of my new rental. This piece goes perfectly! It's a great size that goes perfect with my sectional - and only took me a few minutes to assemble.
