My first impression was whoa, this is a heavy duty chair, which isnt a bad thing. The base is definitely not cheap plastic, it means business. It was pretty easy to assemble. Looks great and on day 2 of sitting in it, Im v impressed. Im of the small female variety // 54 and 110. I like to sit cross legged, fold up and do weird stuff thats probably not good for my back and hips while sitting in a chair for extended periods. This chairs lumbar and neck support hits JUST right though. This may possibly be my first review ever and its all because this chair spoons me just right.
The wheels roll nicely, even on carpet.
I have a mild concern that the wont hold up long/term // I feel like it might get loose away from the padding or that it could get stained/rub off but right now in its fresh new/new state, its a beaut! Ill try to remember to check back in 6 months for an update.
But so far 5/5! Highly recommend. Fit well,
More sturdy than expected. I initially loved this chair. I bought it in March 2020 during the first lockdown, and have used it as my primary desk chair every day, M/F, since. However, in the last six months, the fake is starting to seperate in an unsightly manner. Really dissappointing given the cost. I expected it to last a lot longer.
Not really a solo assemble. Had to wedge it against a wall to get the arms on, but once assembled it was every thing described and more. Very sturdy, wheels seem smooth and the faux is very soft. Super comfortable and fits me perfectly. I am 511 240lbs with somewhat short legs so I will mention that the lowest setting is what fits me perfectly. I like that because the hydraulics on my last two chairs went out and I found myself reaching up to type. That wont be an issue here, but if under 510 you may not touch ground flat footed. Highly recommended!! At Ease.
The brown pseudo is soft and has a good feel to it. The seat cushion is firm but not uncomfortable, the back is also firm with just a little lumbar support and the angle is adjustable. I am 511 and have no problem with it, but I dont sit in it for more than an hour at a time in my home office. It is definitely not as supportive and comfortable as my previous executive chair. What I love about this chair is its low arm rests which allow me to sit very comfortably while using my pull out keyboard. Just fine.
I bought this chair because several people said that they were tall and it fit them well. Just got this thing together (no directions, but not difficult). Was pretty excited to sit in it. The disappointment when I did. Im 62 about 225. The issue is the seat stops mid leg and my head is way over head rest.
It will take me a day to figure out if I have the desire to repackage this thing and go through the process of sending it back. Money good to have.
This chair is elegant. Its perfect for my home office where I spend hours. Sometimes just watching tv. The back has wonderful lumbar support. The back is also adjustable. You can adjust the tilt on the seat manually and is easy. I am 52 and the headrest is comfortable for me. I think someone taller would be fine. The seat has a nice padding without being too soft or not soft enough. The arms are nicely padded. I love the one piece bucket style. My Chihuahua can sit on my lap without falling through the arm rest. I have nothing negative to say about this beauty. Good one.

much smaller than pictured. Squeaks a lot. (not assembly issue) Not very comfortable / arms rest too low
After 2 years of WFH

Fits perfectly under my keyboard drawer
