Hello everyone. Just wanted to give my opinion on this Chair. The Chair itself deserves 5 Stars all day long....its very easy to assemble, its very comfortable, and the finish functionality is a 10+. I could not give this a 5 Star rating because of the stupid decals placed on the bottom of the seat. There are 4 decals...2 of them removed very easily but, 2 of them seemed to be glued on with permanent glue. Im not joking when I say this....generally, decals can be removed with Goof Off or Alcohol without any issues. That not the case with these Chairs...I tried my best to remove the 2 decals with a Hair Dryer, Goof Off, and also a little it of Alcohol but, the Adhesive Goo would not come off, literally damaged the finish ! At least the damage is on the bottom of the seat so, no one really sees it but, to the Manufacturer, please stop with the decals....they ruin the finish on your beautifully designed Chair !
I was able to assemble this unit with just the help of my 7-year-old grandson. While the product itself is fine, I found the many adhesive labels on the bottom of the seat a royal pain. I even took off some of the finish while attempting to remove one of the larger labels that extends beyond the curve of the seat thereby being visible when standing a few feet away from the stool. Product itself okay. Inability to easily remove warning labels, etc. enough to keep me from buying another in the future.
These stools look beautiful. They work just fine. The cushion is comfortable. I dont like how narrow the seating is. I am an average size person and the seating is too narrow for the butt. I dont like how it curves up at the seating, making it unnatural for the butt shape. Very well made and great design
Overall its a decent stool. The stickers are a complete pain to get off. I mean a serious pain. How can you do that. Try a different adhesive like a cling or something. The chair is a little wobbly. Probably better than most you can get for $100.00. It is really squeaky at the bottom where the cylinder slides into the base.
Some things you NEED TO KNOW!!! The instructions do not tell you that you HAVE TO REMOVE the plastic insert from the part that slides over the pedestal. You can see this piece in pic 3. It blocks the adjustment lever from contacting the button that allowes adjustment of the pedestal height.
Turn the piece that bolts to the seat bottom so that it is right side up. You can see the piece that needs to be removed. It is where the tip of my screw driver is pointing in pic one.
Use a 3/8 or half inch ratchet extension or a woden dowell to knock this out with a hammer as seen in pic 2.
Once you have removed the entire plastic insert, assemble the chair per the instructions. Your bar stool will now work as designed and as you expected.
Also, use of a heat gun or hair dryer will make removing the 4 decals from the bottom of the seat bottom a lot easier. Use a solvent or GooGone to remove the remaining glue. I used laquer thinner with no issues.
The quality of the three that I bought was good. None of the nics that others have had.
My only issue was having to take the stools apart and diagnose the issue. High Quality, Modern and Elegant
I love this bar stool, its everything I want in a bar stool. It looks very nice in my home, the hydraulic lift on it is very responsive, and the design is both elegant, and comfortable. The bar stool offers full support for your entire body and I can sit in this stool for hours. The bar stool also swivels which is nice as well.

Nice looking, adjustable bar stool for kitchen island.
