This was absurd. Package was late, color was significantly off from what the picture showed. The note inside the package seemed to be from a totally different brand? I dragged my feet to assemble this, and today when I tried to, the pieces didnt fit. There were joints marked red and black, and clearly there was no way to assemble it so that the colors matched up. I tried assembling it anyway, and lo and behold// one of the joints wouldnt come together. I even tried unscrewing one of the joints and re/installing it in a better location, but that didnt fix the problem. So now, Ive got a damaged bed frame that was never functional to begin with.
Thankfully nothing was damaged and it was easy to put together, one person could do it but two of us did it and it went by quick. Very stylish and sturdy, doesnt squeak (dont tighten screws too tightly which can cause squeaking) and feels very solid. The bed is holding up nicely on it! I just wish there were other color options as I wouldve like a lighter wood like white but this looks really nice. Better than expected.
The bed is great. Well made and easy to assembly. The only issue I had was one of the brackets was screwed on in the wrong place. I called the supplier and they sent me another piece to replace it with. I now have to call them back and they will arrange for FedEx to come get the Old piece.
I was specifically looking for a wood platform bed that had a headboard that would be visible, as a lot of the other platform beds I was looking at had lower headboards. This one is adjustable which is great, the wood tone is exactly like you see in the pictures, and it is a very strong, sturdy bed.
Shipping and delivery was a slight challenge. The box that it came in was large and heavy. You will need at least two people to move this box for sure. If youre looking for something more lightweight and easier to move around, a frame may be the way to go.

I put on a good podcast and spent a little over an hour putting it together. Everything fit into place normally, the product itself was smooth and finished (there werent any damages in the wood or peeling or any issues like that).
Its a great product and looks to be a wonderful long/term fit. Knowing what I know now, I probably would have went with a frame as I am in apartments and not a forever home. It does seem easy to assemble/disassemble, but given my situation I do wish I would have went with a more lightweight frame. Overall, though, satisfied with the product. Works great.

The frame is good, and its surprisingly easy to put together. It took me less than 15 minutes to put this frame together, and I am sure that if we ever need to move it to a different house, it will be super easy to take apart and put together again. Its not perfect. Some of the wood doesnt fit as nicely as I would like, but I dont think anybody will ever notice.
My main issue with the frame is that the treated wood had a very strong chemical smell. I called the company to asked them about it and they said they never heard of the wood smelling, which I am already surprised about, because it was seriously a strong smell. I asked them how long should I let the frame off gas, they had no idea. I asked them which product they put on the wood so I can do my own research, and they dont know. Finally the lady on the other side of the line contacted the supplier and said that whatever they put on the wood is low VOC, but couldnt tell me anything else about it.
I am disappointed that the company has no idea what they are selling. So I am taking one star off because of the smell, and another star because the company doesnt know their own product.
We let our frame in an empty room with the windows open and the fan running, and after 3 days the smell was gone. Sadly that doesnt mean that the wood is done off gassing, so if you want to be safe you should leave the frame outside in the sun for a week or so, which is a pain, but its better than your mattress absorbing all that nasty smell, and you breathing all those chemicals while you sleep.
This was very easy to assemble! Took about an hour with my partner. We ordered the twin size bed frame for reference. Its worth noting that the twin size does not have a center support underneath the middle of the bed. It just has four corners and two more legs along the sides, therefore, I hope it proves to be sturdy.
The only issue I had with building it is that there were some random holes made for hardware which nothing would fit through, so I hope I wasnt missing something. It was very confusing at times and we had to backtrack to make sure we did everything correctly. There are no words, just pictures.
For anyone who wants to know, I ordered a new twin size memory foam mattress to go with the frame (I ordered the brand Vibe off and would recommend) and its a 12 inch. It fits PERFECTLY, and the mattress comes right up to the bottom of the headboard. This was important because I wanted to be able to see as much of the headboard as possible without there being a gap between the mattress and the bottom of the headboard. Could not be any happier about that! Its the perfect match.
With this being said, I feel like its overpriced. I get that its solid wood but its very light. Unbelievably light really. The board to support the mattress especially feel flimsy. If you/your kids get rowdy or junk on the bed, it probably wont handle that well.
All in all, I like the bed. It was easy to assemble. Very simple, albeit, to a fault (picture instructions). It is really not anything special, but Im happy with the style. I just hope it holds up over time. Just as seen in the picture!!!
While the frame is nice the package arrived with incorrectly sized pieces. Definitely disappointed after the amount of money spent. Contacting the seller for a resolution.
Update: i bought an aero bed and waited for a week for the seller to send the new parts. Seller gave me a discount and fixed the problem. This was honestly an added expense so Im keeping this as 1 Star. Wish I didnt have to.
Also be very careful when you lift the bed there are no locks for the frame and it will come apart if you lift the wrong side.
Couple things to note. When putting it together. The numbers should be kissing (touching each other). Learned this the hard way when I got to number 13 and nothing lined up. Two, if you have wood floors you need to get those stickies the shield the floor. The legs will scratch the floor and the bed only come with 3 stickies though there is 6 outside legs. Other than that, its a beautiful bed and I love the way it looks. Great. Very good. Recommended.
