Why did I wait so long? I purchased two for friends. They always raved about them and thanked me often. I decided Id get one for myself. Wished Id bought mine sooner. Very soft and comfortable. I take my afternoon nap in it with the massage for 30 minutes. I sleep like a baby.
This was a gift for a family member recovering from surgery. He loves the chair. It is so comfortable and the power lift is making his life so much easier.
I was gonna send it back. Getting ip and down its slow. My wife wont sit in it because of that. It is comfortable feels good. Kinda wide where you butt goes but other than that its good. Heat feels great if your back is sore.
The product itself is awesome. My mother loves the chair. The delivery however was awful. The individual did not follow the additional instructions which caused a problem with getting the chair in the house. When asked for additional instructions please make sure they are followed because with only two women living in the home and one being paralyzed on one side it was very hard getting the item in the home.
This chair is very comfortable. The fabric is soft to the touch. The sellers are great to deal with. Our chair had a bad remote control and without any hassle, the sellers shipped us a new one. Now the heat and massage work perfectly. This was a very pleasant buying experience.
One of the ac adapters was busted when it arrived, but the sellers took care of it. The massager is already starting to go out after a month, but I expected that for the price. The thigh massager no longer works and the back massager is squeaking really loudly. Still a good deal for being half the cost of others. Super comfy.

Comfortable

A little small
The chair is not as high for the back neck. When built looks a little like mini recliner. Its serving its purpose for my elderly father.
Good neck and head support
Beautiful fabric, soft and easy to clean. Unique power head rest. Very good value. I bought two of them. Would buy another but is no longer available.
