Pink version is $40 more than blue so we bought the blue bed instead of getting overcharged the extra money for pink stairs.

I'm giving this a 4 because the same bed in pink is $40 more, which doesn't make any sense at all. The fact that the pink bed is so much more expensive than the same Junior Loft with Storage Steps in blue actually made me really angry. So I bought my granddaughter the bed with the blue steps since there is apparently some gender inequality in bed sales. She loves it. A five-inch memory foam mattress fits great. It's very sturdy and her father only cussed a little while assembling it.

    Perfect for toddlers!

I'm a fan of furniture. Everything I have purchased from them has been of great quality, and this little bed is no different. It is perfect for toddlers. It was purchased for my 3 year old. It's not too high, and very easy to get into. I love that it adds storage space underneath. It was quite easy to put together, and is very sturdy.

Perfect for my 4 yr old

We built this bed for our almost 5 yr old son last weekend. It took the two of us roughly 3 hours. It was really fast until we got to the stairs, that part took longer. My son loves this bed and has stayed asleep in it the entire night every night since we built it! I love the curtains and space underneath it to hide toys. It was a lot bigger than I expected once we had it all put together. His room is on the small side I suppose. The bed takes up an entire wall. It seems sturdy. I've layer next to him to read books at night and it hasn't collapsed!

    So much fun!

We got this when we were preparing for our first foster child a few months ago...it did not disappoint. This bed just makes his room 10x more fun! He loves it! Keep in mind that you can't sit on the bed for a bedtime story, but standing won't hurt! We also have bar stools so we can sit high enough to read with him. Make sure you measure, as the stairs make the bed a heck of a lot wider than a normal twin. Love it, tho!

    Worth buying

After reading the reviews I thought it would be hard to put together...its not its just time consuming a monkey could do it.

Although I do like the bed for my son

Although I do like the bed for my son, this package came late and was very damaged. It took my boyfriend and I 2 days to put together. There were bent parts, some holes didn't line up, and there were screws missing. I wouldnt recommend this bed at all.

    Pain....but worth it!

The assembly was probably the biggest pain. Would assemble a side. Start to put together other sides and have to loosen the original side in order to make fit in place and then retighten the original. Once together completly though, doesn't make a lot of noise and son loves it!

    Awesome

I bought this for my 4yr old. He was so excited it took him over an hour to fall asleep in it. He loves the little cubbies, he hides his stuffed animals in em. It took my husband about 3-4 his to assemble but it was so worth it to see how happy it made our little boy.
