I really thought Id found the perfect barstool for my high bar.yet. My daughter assembled these in 20 minutes and that included putting the chair on backwards and correcting it. They were pretty comfortable to sit in but the fact that the lowering and raising required you to get out of the chair and despite having a wide base, they tipped over horribly easily. My granddaughter was jumping out of hers, because as I said you can not lower it while youre sitting in it, and the whole thing tipped over on her and she barely made it out of the way .
We like everything about this bar still, it was way to put 4 screws to completing. My husband loves it and I ordered another one. very pleasantly surprised
