This product looks great, was fairly easy to assemble.
It is sturdy when in use, but will slide on patio on windy day. The cushion is comfortable, but it moves around easily. Wish it were a little more sturdy.
I do recommend the product for the price. Looks nice and will serve my occasional use purpose.

We bought the pair of outdoor chaise loungers. I notified the manufacturer after we had a quality issue. Within 24 hours they twice responded to my email and offered to send us out a new lounger. I received the replacement chaise within a week!
You may be asking, What was the issue? While using the lounger the very first evening I'd assembled it, a weld on one of the frame supports cracked and an iron piece-- approx. 8-inches long-- broke loose.
So while the issue was disappointing, the response of the customer service team was OUTSTANDING.
Of course I am hoping we will have no further quality issues with our (now) THREE chaises! I will update this review as necessary.
We received the lounge chairs in about 3 days after the order was places. They came in 2 seperate boxes and were well packaged. It did take a little work to assemble them and making sure you have the inside bar in the correct position is important so that the head does not go down past the flat surface. Had to disassemble and reassemble due to this mistake.
The color of the blue is bright and looks great on the patio. The wicker steel frame is sturdy and I love that the bottom feet are adjustable and make of a plastic that will not rust when they get wet. Living in Florida with lots of rain and moisture this is the place that I experience rust and marks on the pool deck. The wicker is tightly woven and grey color is a nice contrast to the blue cushions. Cushions are thick foam and the top cushion wraps around the back of the chair to prevent slippage. Love these chairs. GREAT value! I would definitely purchase them again.
Cushions are not think. Can feel the metal rods through the seat on your back. We put a neck roll pillow under the middle of the seat and it helps.

I just received these and can't comment on the durability yet, I live close to the ocean and I'm hoping they'll hold up in the salt air. Setup was easy, all parts are included. My daughter came over this morning and said my back yard looks like a resort.
