After having bed two send to us it all worked out. The bed comes in two box's only one box comes 1s round then 2nd time two box's come.but had to open box one to get prices out. Other then that nightmare it works great my kids love it and gives more space in the room
Shipped all the way to Hawaii with no issues. Husband had it built in a matter on an hour or so while me and my toddler bothered him. She loves it her friends love it and its very well made for the cost!
Im not the one that usually assembles stuff but situations required it. Took me about 5 hrs - not bad. Instructions were clear (I also cheated and watched a YouTube video…). I do recommend a good Allen wrench. The one provided would take days and youd have no use of your hands when done.

Its pretty sturdy and seems like it will hold up well.

The quality was horrible. The wood cracked while putting it together. Shipping was a whole other headache. It's sent in 2 boxes which is understandable but it was shipped at two different times and we were given 1 tracking number. Once the second box was received a week later we found pieces were missing and/or duplicated. We sent it back. Not worth the headache even at this price.
Most of the other reviews about the ease of installation and sturdiness is correct. I didnt expect a very high quality for the money but we purchased it anyways since my daughter really wanted it after seeing the pictures.
During the installation have a spare Hex key since the one comes with just wears off after the first use. Also some of the holes were not cut properly preventing putting pieces together so have some tools handy. Finally, the house looks good after putting it together but not very sturdy.
Overall, its OK for the money but could be made much better with simple QA checks.
We were missing several screws/bolts. Product has scratches and several areas with deep gashes making it look horrible. One of the pre drilled holes was in the wrong spot we had to rig it to work. Not what I expected with paying over $400 for it
We finally got this bed together, but the wood is very cheap. I thought it would be more solid wood. The slats were slightly too short to cover the width of the beds. The top bunk calls for a 27 piece in assembly but the piece is actually not included. I had to drill holes in the extra 26 piece that was there to make it work. Some of the pre-drilled holes did not align. Once it was together it seems sturdy. We will be anchoring it to a stud for extra security though.
Update: we have been using the beds for 3 months. With just small kids. The bed frame (middle top) is cracked and the slats are breaking as well as the stud that is supposed to hold the slats in place. At this point its too dangerous for someone to sleep in the bottom bunk.
Cheapest bed ever. Too dangerous for kids. Save ur money!! Save your kids!

Absolutely the worst!
I only received half of the bed, and couldnt even assemble it because I never received the other box. It has been an absolute nightmare.
The Grandkids love The Triple Decker
