Im super short so when I read someone elses review about this chair be for a child. I was sold. If you are under 5ft this is the chair for you. Its cozy. Putting it together is easy for the most part. The hardest part is finding the hard wear. I did read from other reviews to look in the cushions. But I actually found it in the backing of the chair.
i saw the reviews were iffy, but i took the chance anyway and am very very happy ️️️ it seems theyve learned from all your feedback, dear previous reviewers. everything was carefully wrapped and the hardware pouch had a giant caution tape type plastic tail that said hardware all over it, and contained all necessary parts. the instructions were succinct on one side of one page and the whole assembly was very easy and intuitive, though i am fairly adept at ikea furniture assembly, so if youre already on the struggle bus with ikea instructions, perhaps enlist some help or buy an assembled chair. all parts were intact and included. i didnt use one of the arms bc of my rooms set up and it worked beautifully to have that custom detail.
its quite sturdy and plywood on most of it, one of the better designed and executed discount furniture pieces ive seen/purchased; even better than some ikea. the foam is very firm and will take some breaking in to soften, which is better than the alternative. if youre looking for something cute and cheap and you like this chair, go for it; youll love it️ if you have crate and barrel taste and are easily frustrated, skip it.
also, this chair would be quite portable for a trade show or similar, though not entirely portable it does assemble and disassemble and fold up really nicely. the ottoman is attached to the chair with two substantial hinges that make a clamshell to hold the arms/legs, just a thought.
Fabulous chair looks perfect in my room that I’ve turned into a closet. Oversized so 2 people can fit it.
Comfortable to sit in but a little hard to sleep on.
You would never know that it’s a futon bed.

This chaise lounge is pretty much what I expected, prettycolor velveteen fabric, seems made well, not particularly comfortable but for reading it should do just fine. It adds a nice aesthetic to my art studio!
I wanted to update our living room. These chairs are perfect! We got rid of our couch and loveseat. These are great because you can sit, recline or lay down - perfect!
I bought three of these - - didnt attach all of the arms to make one big sofa - - looks like it cost thousands of dollars! Wish it came in more colors!
Easy to assemble. Having an electric screwdriver helps a lot for lining up the holes. For the price its comfortable and will do the job in an apartment or small space. Attracts lint easily so having a lint roller will be handy!

Modern Fabulous Futon Chair
