My Senior Mom loves this easy to use power chair. This makes it easier for her to get up out of the recliner with ease without the struggle with her aging body. Great buy.
I like the color(Gunmetal), the comfort, and the adjustability. I was afraid to buy this because people were saying your legs hang off if you are over 5'6. [I don't think that's fair. I'm 6'3 220Lbs, so, I have fairly long legs [34 inseam] and I fit perfectly. You just have to make sure your body is seated correctly. When I first reclined, my feet were hanging off, but when I adjusted my butt, and the lumbar, I was in heaven. Perfect, like they took my measurements and molded it to me. I have a broken back, and will be having spinal surgery later this spring, or early summer. The neck/ head adjustment is great for when you are sitting up an want correct neck support. My head comes right where the pillow is for the headrest. No longer will I be using a pillow for both my neck and back, while I watch TV. THE SUPPORT IS SUBLIME...I have a couple small suggestions, four the next itineraration of this chair.
You could have put USB charging port, Cup holders, and storage on the arms. It should have been there. Anyway, it's a great chair, and I'll report back in a year, too let you know, how it's going.
Chair has nice fabric and seems sturdy enough, but the distance from the back of the seat to the footrest is short. I am 5' 3 and my heels hang over the footrest. My husband (5' 11) refers to this as 'the short chair' and you can imagine where his feet rest when he does sit for a few minutes. If I had know of this inadequacy, I probably would not have purchased this lift chair.
My wife has trouble sleeping reclined sometimes, so she uses this chair in the bedroom and a similar chair that she inherited from her parents in the family room. She loves how she can adjust just the leg rest and the lumbar support. Also, the assisted lift is great for her bad knee. The usb port on the pendent is a plus. Saved money by buying it on vs the retail site.
I looked for months for an affordable lift chair to fit my 6', 250lb dad (so his feet didn't hang off). This chair still allows for his heels to slightly hang but is very comfortable and easy to use remote.

Great chair!
I am very happy with the chair. I was hesitant to purchase this online without sitting in it first but… it turned out to be very comfortable.

Most Comfortable Chair I've Ever Owned

motors do not last
lift motor that raises/lowers chair and lifts footrest went out 13 months after purchase.
Very soft.
Wonderful chair for money. Wish its have handles on the sides, instead its kind of flat on the side and my Mom scared to fall off.
Love that it has so many adjustments.

Mistaken purchase
The chair was fine but it needed to be leather for elderly grandmother. Issues may arise that the fabric would be a concern.
