Four stars for comfort, five stars for customer service

I liked that it was easy to put together, and it does look cool. The wheels are great too. My issue with it was the lack of seat comfort, as well as the armrests were positioned too far away for me to comfortably type on my laptop. Customer support has been wonderful with resolving these issues, and for that reason I am leaving a four star review.

Amazing comfort, easy assembly, love the texture of the material. So glad I found this chair!

Very comfortable

I work from home and sit in this chair for about 8hrs and have no pain or soreness

Noisy when in chair and Wheels don't roll and I'm on ceramic tile.

The chairs comfortable but noisy when you move in it and the Wheels don't move worth a S---!

I love this chair. It tilts, turns and even rocks. It has a high back and plenty of sitting room.

Comfortable and easy to assemble

My experience was positive. I got my package relatively fast and the assembly was straightforward. I have had it for a week now and so far so good its pretty comfortable.
