I recently developed lower back and hip pain. I went through several chairs around the $200-300 range, because of Covid the prices skyrocketed (these would be $150 chairs normally.) I bought this chair because of it's adjustable features. The cons are the head rest doesn't move forward, it's pretty use less unless you want to stare at the ceiling. Also, I misunderstood the tilt lock to lock at whatever tilt YOU wanted, instead it locks at predfined tilts, which are pretty useless. Unless you REALLY want a great view of the ceiling. The seat is not anything to write home about, my butt gets sore after an hour. I didn't put the arms on because arms encourage bad posture.
The pros are the adjustable lumbar is ok. There's a chair by them for a $20 more from that looks to have a better lumbar.
I can't speak to height because I use an adjustable stand up desk too.
I'm considering buying a mesh lumbar support to put over the chair. At this point I'm just tired of repackaging chairs and sending them back.
Overall, very pleased. The only aspect that needs improvement is the headrest; it is a bit flimsy. But the back support is great and the base is solid and rolls smoothly.
For the price, this thing is NOT what I would expect. I realize there are much more expensive chairs out there, but this is not cheap yet designed like a cheap chair. I sat in a $50 half back chair before and it was more comfortable! I even sat in a wooden dining chair while I saved up to buy this one, and I wish I would have sat in it longer to get more saved for a better chair. I wish I could return, but its put together now.

The lumbar support sits way too low. It hits just below the curve of my spine. I already have back issues and I dont feel this is going to make my life any easier, which is unfortunate.
I have been looking at chairs for months and I finally settled on this one and cross my fingers. It came earlier than expected today. I put it together in a half hour. No tools needed, they include everything you need. When I was unpacking everything, I could tell this was going to be a winner. I have been sitting in it all afternoon and now watching the Super Bowl in it. I have a bad back and it is so comfortable, very supportive and has all kinds of adjustability. I love the seat, its wide and just the right amount of support for me. Im working remotely and wish I had purchased this months ago. The lumbar support is fabulous! Probably the most comfortable office chair Ive ever sat on. I love the rollerblade wheels as well. Well made and solid construction.
I cannot believe the instant relief this chair gave me. You can pay a lot more for other office chairs but this chair has made a believer out of me. I thought my old expensive ergonomic leather chair held up well and still looked great but there is a lot to say about science. I have had back surgery and back problems for many years and this chair has made all the difference in the world. Highly recommend it!
Easy-to-follow instructions, sturdy with nice support and appears to be of good quality and was packaged well with a few extra screws in case something happens. I would recommend this chair. Thank you!
My old chair really got me a deep hole that pain my back so, decided to shop around with a replacement. Then, I got this! It arrived at my front door earlier than schedule, although it is heavy but easy to assemble. Most importantly, it really makes my working time way more pleasant than before.
