The futon arrived a few days early, it was very well packaged and easy to put together, unfortunately a bracket on one armrest was broken so I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement part in just 3 days (they were super nice and friendly). The futon itself is very firm, also, it is quite a bit shorter than a regular twin mattress so if your guest is taller than 54, I would not recommend this unless they do not mind their feet hanging over the edge. I ended up buying a mattress foam cover to make it more comfortable for my guest. Overall, the product is well designed and well constructed. The fabric is thick and a lovely color. This can be used as either a sofa, two separate chairs or as a futon bed. Good value and a nice sofa for my office/guest room. PS / i added the cushions, those do not come with the futon Love this product. No issues.
I like the look of it. I aslo like the versatility with adjustable arms and back it also splits too. But it is Hard, ok for me but my husband hates it. And I updated my review because I had an issue with one of the arms and the seller fixed my issue right away! Great communication fast fix by sending a new arm dont hesitate to buy. Satisfy my aesthetic
Came fairly quickly, and while in separate boxes both halves of the couch were delivered at the same time. I was impressed at how easy it was to put together! No extra screwdrivers or hammers, just screw the legs into the bottom of the couch and slide the seats/arm rests together. The cushions are firm (which I prefer) and the velvet material is soft. I havent tried laying on it as a futon, but it feels pretty stable in the upright position.I definitely wouldnt try jumping or climbing on it though. Very happy with my purchase Look at the fashion
I was so excited to use this couch in my new apartment. It was so pretty and matched the exact vibe that I was looking for. However, after using this couch for a week its already broken and half the couch wont stay up anymore. Very disappointed, I knew for this price it wasnt going to last forever but a week is ridiculous. UPDATE: Im super impressed! I was immediately reached out to have my problem fixed and had a new part sent to me not even a week later. So glad I get to enjoy my pretty couch! Best deal for a very nice
The couch is exactly like the picture. Its very soft to the touch and the color is very pretty. It is small and low to the ground. The cushions are very firm. Good for a small space. This one was perfect
We got this for our second room in our apartment, so we can use it and have a bed if needed for guests. And it is literally PERFECT. The color is gorgeous, its a little stiff but comfy, easy to put together, love that it can be two chairs too if needed, and I just really think it pulls the room together. I highly recommend! suitable for me
Love my couch, it works perfect for my space and the fact that it can turn into two pieces surprisingly became my favorite feature. Had a small issue with one of the arms, but customer service responded and fixed my issue very quickly. Would absolutely buy from them again, great company. High level of physical
First of all I had to have friends come over to help me to assemble as its not a one person thing like its advertised. The back is unfinished with a thin layer of black fabric they could easily be torn and has a ledge that sticks out that needs to be covered. When my two guy friends sat down the whole sofa was wiggling like it was going to snap (neither were big guys). The arms are flimsy and I feel nervous to even use them and theyre very uncomfortable. Theres metal sticking out of the top which a looks ugly and be seems like it will rub through eventually. The fabric itself is very pretty and very soft. The color isnt at all what I expected but I still think the color is very pretty. Laid down as a sleeper its fairly comfortable but as a sofa the seat is short the back is stiff and all in all I dont like it Very disappointed. Also I have no idea how to return a sofa? Its not like I can just carry this thing to the UPS store.Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
