We had a small issue with the product and customer service was the best I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They made the issue right and went way above and beyond of their follow up and making me feel like a valued customer. Would do business with them again for anything we possibly can!
Full transparency: I ordered this unit and it was missing some pieces, BUT they were incredibly swift in their response and sent a whole new unit and I didn't have to return the original. They even sent a follow up gift as an apology for the issue. Was such a nice surprise.. The instructions in the new unit sent were much better than the original sent, and the construction was much better as well. This is a great accent piece in my office. I'll probably buy more pieces from them, even if there is an issue it's nice to know they are willing to fix it right away.
Really love the look but Im missing a piece from the backboards. Still trying to find a way to contact the shipper to get one sent to me. Overall though I do like the quality - it will look great in my entry hall once I have the complete product.
Excellent packaging as it was received showing carton damage, but contents were in fine shape. Easily assembled with the included instructions (which were written by someone who actually speaks and understands english) Since we aren't planning disassembly...ever, I used a bit of wood glue on the screws for added strength. The wall anchor is a nice touch. This unit is perfect for the intended space and met expectations.
I fell in love with this shelf online and couldnt wait to add it to the redesign of my office. I love the white and walnut look on my navy blue wall, and Ive never seen a shelf with this shape. The only reason I didnt five-star is because I did have an assembly issue that required shipment of a new shelf. customer service was just fantastic—I didnt have to ship back the original unit and they checked in regularly to update me on the second shipment. It was so painless. I love this shelf and couldnt be more happy with how it looks in my space.
I work remotely and ny office is in my basement. I wanted a coffee and tea station down here with me to avoid running upstairs whenever I wanted to make a fresh cup of either one. This works fine. Everything is organized and tucked away. It's a good size and cute too. Now, personally, I think this is a 2 person job, however, I did it alone. Another thing, I'm switching out the handles. Don't like the ones it came with.
