We purchased this chair and ended up seeing a crack in the wood on the arm. The seller immediately responded after I emailed them about it and they sent another chair free of charge. The chair is comfy and sturdy. The original chair is fine except for the crack in the arm. Great customer service and product!
I bought this chair for a reading chair in my room and when I was setting it up it looked like the screws provided didnt fit the direct holes for the support bar under the chair. I reached out to the seller however when I sent an email to them I found the screws needed for the support bar and from there it worked out. So far its quite comfortable and I recommend this chair for not only the aesthetic purposes but for comfort too.
Very easy to assemble. The quality is better than I expected. I sell furniture for a living and was looking for something to fit my style, so I was pleasantly surprised! Totally recommend this chair. The price is very worth it. Very fast shipping. Im very pleased!
As the other 1 star reviewers stated the pre drilled holes arent big enough for the little brown buttons that are supposed to snap in the holes. So now the chair looks not complete with a hole screws showing. Not a huge deal but when you spend a couple hundred bucks you expect everything to be on point. For that reason I would recommend ordering from another seller.
The chairs arrived incredibly fast (way before the estimated delivery). One arm rail was damaged. We also just found the chairs to not be quite to our satisfaction. There were some blemishes and uneven staining on the wood. We also found that the bottom cushion does not line up with the cross brace, making it impossible to screw together. I dont know that its super necessary that these pieces screw together, but all in all we just decided to return the chairs. The customer service was incredible! They responded VERY quickly and were willing to send us new pieces if we wished or refund our money. Even though it didnt turn out like we originally planned, we were extremely impressed with the quality of customer service! If you choose to purchase from this seller and have an issue, you will be extremely pleased with the level of care you receive!
I absolutely LOVE THEM! I am so happy with this purchase. Really ties in the mid century look I am going for in my living room. They are extremely comfortable. Assembling is not difficult but it is hard getting some bolts in.

Looks High End
Once you put it together, nobody would ever know it was a cheap chair. It looks very nice and is sturdy.
Hard cushion with not much give, but overall a wide and sturdy chair. Great for waiting room!!
I ordered one and now I plan to order more. It s sturdy and very wide / the cushion is not very cumfy but its great for a waiting room area.
