I had read a bunch of the other reviews so I knew that the spare parts were kept in the zippered part of the headrest, I can tell you that they are indeed packed there. I wanted this bed frame as it sits low to the ground and I put a low profile memory foam mattress on it and my toddler has no issue getting in and out of bed himself. Also, if he falls off the bed he wont get seriously injured.
Bed frame came properly shipped so it wasnt damaged at all.
Instructions were easy to follow.
I assembled it by myself, took about an hour but I really took my time and used my own tools. It does come with all the tools you need I just used my own.
Looks great, the color makes it super easy to match with basically any sheet set.

This was an EXCEPTIONAL purchase at an AMING price, it was so simple to set/up that I am now thin of pursuing a career in bed set/ups lol. No but seriously, this is a good buy.
Great product for price, my only complaint is its not as sturdy as I hoped. I have to buy more slacks and add a couple more to make it sturdy enough for my daughter. Nevertheless she is happy with the bed.
Great product but it didnt come with directions. Took a little while to put it together but we figured it out even without the directions. Its pretty sturdy and looks great.

Bought April 15 and it slowly unstitched by the . Very disappointed with this product just missed return window.
